Designed by award-winning architects Jan Kattein and operated by meanwhile-use specialists Meanwhile Foundation, on behalf of the London Borough of Harrow, Art Park offers a variety of mixed-use workspaces, including studios, galleries, micro-galleries, greenhouses and a large anchor tenant unit.

Funded through the Future High Street Fund, Art Park is a flagship project in Harrow’s town centre regeneration. Shaped by local voices, it’s designed to open up new opportunities for businesses, artists, and residents alike.

As a meanwhile-use site, Art Park is a space for experimentation, collaboration, and the amplification of diverse voices across Harrow. Over the next five years, the site will continue to evolve—testing ideas, nurturing creativity, and encouraging dialogue among all who use the town centre.

Ground Floor Studios

Suitable for small business or a couple individuals to share. Good for an artist studio or exhibition space, or for small businesses to operate from.

First Floor Studios

Suitable for a sole trader or artist. Used as workspace and studio space, with the potential to exhibit from.

Galleries

We are looking for a gallerist who would like to take ownership of the three gallery containers and organise rolling exhibitions within them. Galleries are fitted with perlon hanging wires and two sculpture plinths.

Greenhouses

Greenhouses suitable for showcasing artwork or used as growing space.

Event Space

The anchor tenant space is managed by Crowning Greatness CIC. They hire the space out for private and public events. All enquiries should get in touch with Crowning Greatness CIC via the button below.
